This Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of IPADE LLC (“IPADE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and how we handle personal information and data that we collect through our website, applications, or other services that refer to or link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”).
Personal Information We Collect
Information you may provide to us:
· Contact, account, and identification information, such as your first and last name, phone number, email address, mailing address, picture, company name, professional title, and account login credentials.
· Payment information, payments on our Services are handled by Stripe, and the information you provide to Stripe in connection with your payment information and purchases (card number and authentication details) is handled in accordance with Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Stripe provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows you to purchase products and services. Your payment data is stored by Stripe. · Utilization information, including how frequently you visit IPADE, how long you stay at IPADE, and what types of Services you use when you visit IPADE, including services such as printer or WiFi usage, and desk or conference room bookings.
· Communications that we exchange with you, including when you contact us with questions, feedback, and any other information that you intentionally share, send, or receive using the Services, including your e-mail, SMS, requests made through feedback platforms, automated chatbots or similar technology, calendar invitations, and any other information you choose to share with us — including your photos, videos, blog entries, interests, hobbies, and groups with which you are affiliated — and that you send, upload, or receive using the Services.
· Marketing information, such as your preferences for receiving communications about our activities, events, and publications as well as details about how you engage with our communications.
· Other personal information, including, in addition to all the information described above, Covid-19 vaccination information, and other details such as the time and purpose of your visit, photos of you, product purchases, and data, documents, or files that you input, upload, or store with the Services. We will also process personal information included in content and information that you add to your member network or other community profile, or upload or post through the Services.
Third party sources. We may combine personal information we receive from you with personal information we obtain from other sources, such as:
· Third parties, such as data providers, event co-sponsors, and others.
· Public sources, such as social media platforms.
Automatic data collection. We, and our service providers, may automatically log information about you, your computer or mobile device, and your interaction over time with our website and the Services, such as:
· Device data, such as your computer’s or mobile device’s operating system type and version, manufacturer and model, browser type, screen resolution, RAM and disk size, CPU usage, device type (e.g., phone, tablet), IP address, unique identifiers (including identifiers used for advertising purposes), language settings, mobile device carrier, radio/network information (e.g., WiFi, LTE, 3G), and general location information such as city, state or geographic area.
· Online activity data, such as pages or screens you viewed, how long you spent on a page or screen, the website you visited before browsing to the website, navigation paths between pages or screens, information about your activity on a page or screen, access times, and duration of access.
We use the following tools for automatic data collection:
· Cookies, which are text files that websites store on a visitor‘s device to uniquely identify the visitor’s browser or to store information or settings in the browser for the purpose of helping you navigate between pages efficiently, remembering your preferences, enabling functionality, helping us understand user activity and patterns, and facilitating online advertising. We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). · Web beacons, also known as pixel tags or clear GIFs, which are used to demonstrate that a webpage or email was accessed or opened, or that certain content was viewed or clicked.

We use your personal information for the following purposes or as otherwise described at the time of collection:
Service delivery. We use your personal information to:
· Provide, operate and improve the Services and our business, and other materials you request;

These companies may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about interactions (including the data described above) over time across the Internet and use that information to serve online ads that they think will be of interest. IPADE community. We may disclose your personal Information in limited circumstances to IPADE community members and visitors, and end users in order to provide our Services and to improve ways of working in our community and where required by applicable law.
Business partners. Current and future affiliates, and other companies with whom we partner to provide our Services.
Service providers. Companies and individuals that provide services on our behalf or help us operate our Services or our business (such as hosting, information technology, customer support, email delivery, website analytics services, and employee recruitment).
Professional advisors. Professional advisors, such as lawyers, auditors, bankers and insurers, where necessary in the course of the professional services that they render to us.
Authorities and others. Law enforcement, government authorities, and private parties, as we believe in good faith to be necessary for the compliance and protection purposes described above.
Business transferees. Acquirers and other relevant participants in business transactions (or negotiations for such transactions) involving a corporate divestiture, merger, consolidation, acquisition, reorganization, sale or other disposition of all or any portion of the business or IPADE assets of, or equity interests in, (including, in connection with a bankruptcy or similar proceedings).

Our Services may contain links to websites and other online services operated by third parties. In addition, our content may be integrated into web pages or other online services that are not associated with us. Children
Our Services are not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal information through the Services from a child under 13 without the consent of the child’s parent or guardian as required by law, we will delete it.
Security

International Users
The Service is not intended for use outside the United States. By using our Service, you understand and acknowledge that your Personal Data will be transferred from your location to our facilities and servers in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
